Mr. Siirtola is a contributing member of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc.

He is a certified practitioner for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA/IACP) standardized field sobriety tests; and is certified as a blood phlebotomist. Jeffrey has served as an instructor for other lawyers for driving under the influence defenses (or as a technical instructor for Intoxilyzer operators course) in five states, including Arizona; Texas; Oklahoma; Georgia; and Florida.
He has served as faculty for other lawyers at continuing legal education courses in new and evolving DUI law defenses in Phoenix and Tempe, Arizona.
